Wiebke Springer is People Director at Edelman Germany and has been working from the Hamburg location since April 2019.
As a member of the management team, she plays a key role in shaping Edelman's future HR strategy in Germany. In her additional EMEA responsibility, she takes on the role as expert for all matters concerning the Employee Lifecycle.
As a graduate in business administration and business law (M.Sc.), Wiebke sets new trends with her team and acts as a partner-like and trustworthy contact person for managers, employees and all of those who would like to become one.
Wiebke's special skills include HR support and thought leadership in the implementation of strategic HR initiatives. She focuses on recruiting & employer branding, performance management, career and talent management as well as cultural change & transformation. Wiebke benefits from her many years of professional experience in the areas of change management, recruiting, business partnering and employer branding at an owner-managed media group and in the management holding of an agency group for digital marketing.
