Maximilian Fink is Edelman Germany’s Chief Operating Officer. As part of the executive board, he is responsible for the 20-person resource and project management team.
Due to his previous role as a consultant, Maximilian understands particularly well how he and his team can support our clients in the best possible way. Due to his many years of expertise in change management as well as business and organizational development, he is responsible for the operational excellence of our integrated communications services and plays a key role in our client-centered growth strategy.
Prior to joining Edelman, Maximilian Fink was Managing Chief Financial Officer of IPG DXTRA, part of the US holding company Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG), in Germany and Switzerland in 2017. Here, he provided leadership for all brands and shared services and was responsible for the financial, legal, and operational management of the IPG DXTRA network and associated brands. Prior to this, Maximilian held various positions at Sky Deutschland, as well as at the digital agency Interone from the BBDO Group.
