As Group Director Digital, Felix Müller is in charge of Digital Consulting. Together with his team, he advises clients from various industries on the creation, activation, and distribution of digital communication and content. This task spectrum ranges from search engine optimization, paid search and social advertising, social media, and influencer programs. Digital Consulting is also an important partner when it comes to evaluating the success of digital campaigns and drawing conclusions in terms of improvements. Close collaborators include the other digital teams at Edelman Germany such as Digital Communication and Edelman STUDIOS.

Felix Müller has been active in the field of digital marketing for over ten years. In the course of his career, he has dealt with various topics including social media, SEO, newsletters, website concepts, as well as digital training for clients worldwide. His expertise in the "digital trade" extends back to the zero hour and he is well-versed in the associated challenges and opportunities for his clients. Felix Müller found his calling in international digital alignment and within this function he has managed strategy, experience, and design for over 90 websites of the FMCG brand NIVEA worldwide. Thanks to his experience with global concerns such as Volkswagen and Beiersdorf as well as mid-sized German companies, Felix Müller knows the requirements and challenges involved in the digital transformation and is a trusted consultant when it comes to employing successful digital communication campaigns - both on a local and international level.

Following his university studies in business management with a concentration in marketing and management, Felix Müller began his digital career in 2006 with then-online pioneer AOL Deutschland, where his responsibilities included product management for branded entertainment in viral marketing. In 2007 his career path then led him to Tribal DDB Hamburg, where he directed numerous international rollouts as a digital consultant for the Volkswagen brand website in Europe, China, India, and Mexico.

In 2011 Felix Müller signed on as International Digital Marketing Manager at Beiersdorf AG. Over the next five years as business owner, he was responsible for the strategy, concept, digital experience, and design of the NIVEA website in over 90 markets. In that same role, Felix Müller also guided the relaunch of NIVEA's digital brand image including a dedicated online shop. In April 2016 Felix Müller became Group Director in charge of Digital Consulting at Edelman Germany. In this current position, he manages the team in the Hamburg office and heads the key topics of social, paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), influencer programs, and analytics. Felix Müller knows that knowledge is power, but there is always room for learning. In that sense, he is very happy to be back in the thick of agency life and facing the ever-evolving challenges of his clients from different industries. Learning new things everyday through a dynamic collaboration with colleagues from Search, Social, Strategy and Analytics is a constant motivation and he loves seeing clients actively benefit from this expertise.

Felix Müller balances out the demands of his job by spending time with his family and jogging in the evening along the Elbe. He also enjoys sitting down at his piano to play Bach.
