The traditional C&A brand is constantly reinventing itself in an effort to ensure that it always keeps pace with the times as well as being capable of change. We have been advising and supporting C&A for many years in making this transformation tangible and visible with the aid of digital communication, whereby we assume management of all web projects at corporate level.

Relaunch of C&A global corporate website

Collaboration started with the relaunch of the global corporate website in an entirely new design as well as a revised structure and newly-designed content. The design developed consistently reflects the brand positioning in terms of openness and transparency. This responsive implementation guarantees optimum presentation of content on all end devices. Apart from UX, design and development, we have also rolled out the website in 21 European markets and in 25 different languages — including web support and Typo3 training for C&A employees.

The result: A new global corporate website which conveys openness and transparency and offers users the appropriate content within a user-friendly structure. And an exceedingly satisfied client who has entrusted us with ongoing development of its digital image.

C&A blog — Style inspiration and traffic driving force

The C&A blog offers customers inspiration, tips and interesting content on style, fashion and lifestyle. At the same time, it makes it easier for customers to switch from the items of clothing presented straight to the online shop, thereby boosting sales figures.
Due to its obsolete technical platform, C&A required a swift and sustainable solution for a blog relaunch to be seamlessly integrated in the existing web infrastructure. This way, the aim was also to improve performance and make it easier for C&A employees at work (one user system for all web entities).

We were responsible for the design, web development and technical support. Implementation in Typo3 ensured optimal integration, 14 language entities guarantee access to content throughout Europe. This is a result to be proud of.

The new normal: C&A sustainability report

C&A is convinced that sustainable and responsible action should be standard. That is why sustainability has a cross-division influence on C&A business and processes. C&A procures its raw materials from sustainable sources, ensures continually improving working conditions in the production of clothing, and displays maximum dedication to protecting the environment.

This commitment was the basis for the digital sustainability report which we developed for C&A. It takes users through all of the aspects of C&A’s commitments. The core element of the report provides evidence of C&A’s claim of transparency: the list of suppliers with integration in Google Maps which simplifies investigation of all suppliers and manufacturing sites. We were responsible for the technical concept, web development and content management.
