Tina Schwarzmann (45) has been Head of Project Management at Edelman in Germany since March. In this role, Tina Schwarzmann reports directly to Manuel Frank, Chief Creative Officer Germany & Global Creative Chair for Health.

In her role, Tina leads a team of 13 project managers who manage multi-layered international client projects across all Edelman locations in Germany. As Head of Project Management, Tina Schwarzmann plays a key role in the 60-strong Integrated Solutions Practice, providing project advice at executive and management level and further developing the internal organisation and agency processes.

The Integrated Solutions Practice bundles Edelman's integrated communications expertise and includes strategy and creative experts from the areas of digital consulting as well as web development and data & intelligence. In addition, Tina will be responsible for the active development of project management with interfaces to clients, unit leads and finance as well as for quality assurance and knowledge building. With the newly created management position in this area, Edelman is further expanding its project management and meeting the changing requirements of its customers.

Before joining Edelman, Tina worked as Director Client Services and Technical Director Campaign Management at TRACK GmbH, where she gained in-depth experience in the implementation of large CRM and digital campaigns, project management of digital transition processes for international clients and the development of internal agency standards for operations processes and project management. Previously, the sports economist was responsible for various international projects in the areas of CRM and data-driven digital marketing as an account director at defacto relations GmbH.
