Edelman Germany brings Maximilian Fink on board as Chief Operation Officer. He will be part of the Executive Board and will be responsible for the 20-strong resource, project management and IT team that plays a key role in the customer-centric growth strategy.

"As an experienced expert with a focus on change management as well as business and organisational development, Maximilian will in future be responsible for the operational excellence of our integrated communications services as our Chief Operation Officer from Munich and will help to drive forward our defined growth strategy,"

says Christiane Schulz, CEO Edelman Germany.

Maximilian Fink is a member of the German Executive Board, which since May has also included Anja Guckenberger as Chief Client Officer, alongside Gabriele Stöwe as Chief Financial Officer, Beatrice Winkler as Chief Human Resource Officer and Manuel Frank as Global Chief Creative Officer Health.

Prior to joining Edelman, Maximilian Fink was appointed Managing Chief Financial Officer of IPG DXTRA, part of the US holding company Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG), in Germany and Switzerland in 2017. Previously, Fink held various positions at Sky Deutschland as well as at the digital agency Interone from the BBDO Group.

"Christiane and I have already been very successful as a leadership team in the past when it came to setting up organisations in a sustainably profitable and future-proof way. Therefore, I am very pleased that we can build on this successful collaboration now,"

says Maximilian Fink about his start at Edelman.
