Edelman is expanding its Edelman Intelligence and Health Sector practices in Germany.


Effective immediately, the communications consultancy will be strengthened by Maurice Selg, Director at Edelman Intelligence London, who is moving to Frankfurt to further data analytics, market research, and strategic capabilities development in the German and DACH region. Maurice will concentrate primarily on managing and measuring trust for companies and their internal / external audiences. He will receive support from Edelman Intelligence hubs in London, Paris, and Madrid.

Maurice joins Edelman Germany with over 15 years of research experience where he specializes in understanding consumer perceptions, behaviours, and the underlying neuroscience processes that drive decision-making. Maurice holds a master's degree in marketing and communications from the Institut Superieur du Commerce in Paris and a bachelor's degree in sales and marketing from the University of Strasbourg.

Also, on September 1, Kerry Needham joined the Healthcare Global Team as Director in Germany, strengthening Edelman's healthcare expertise. As a Client Lead for a top pharmaceutical group (AstraZeneca), Kerry will report directly to Andreas Kloevekorn, the COO of Edelman Germany. Kerry specializes in integrated reputation campaigns, helping bring the best of Edelman to bear for global brands seeking to expand their influence. A 13-year veteran of the firm, she has held various management positions Edelman’s DC, New York and Paris offices, including Deputy Global Client Relationship Manager and Head of Business Development for the EMEA region. She has advised a number of global corporations, including blue chip companies in the pharmaceutical, industrial, consumer goods and food industries. Kerry Needham holds a degree in political science and philosophy from Tufts University in Massachusetts. She will move from Edelman's Paris office to Berlin.
