Your assignments
- Day-to-day support, supporting brand lead material development, project management, collaboration with medical writers and creative resources, and ensuring deadline adherence
- Support the senior team on implementation of yearly plan for 2021, including ad hoc news milestones, data releases and medical congresses
- Support financial management for accounts, including development of accurate project budgets, SOW creation, etc.
- Partners with finance to track and monitor project financials (e.g., budget vs. actual) and meets client revenue targets
- Mentor, coaches and supports junior teammates and ensures staff are developing abilities
- Oversight and coordination with Creative and Studio teams on development of campaign assets and ad hoc projects
- Client facing resource, comfortable providing updates to clients and absorbing feedback/guidance
- Proactive, problem-solver who embraces diverse trends, skills, specialties, and viewpoints
- Solicits counsel of Brand lead when needed and appropriately
Your profile
- English at native speaker level
- Healthcare experience
- Experience within the field of the highly - regulated health/pharma communication is a plus, but not a requirement
- You are confident in dealing with clients and you are interested in working as a client advisor
- Some experience in staffing/billing/SOW development
- Interested in relocating to Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne or Frankfurt (or splitting their time between Germany and another office in Europe)
- Hands-on team player adding value, sharing creative ideas, and executing communications programs
