Arvato Financial Solutions is a global financial services provider that belongs to Bertelsmann as a subsidiary of arvato AG.
The company was looking for a partner who could increase brand awareness in a tough B2B competitive environment.
Arvato Financial Solutions asked us to:
- to develop an integrated image campaign for the Risk & Fraud Management and Collections divisions – as well as to
- elaborate the relevant content of the different business units and to play it to the most important target groups. The focus was on decision-makers from the mobility, telecommunications, eCommerce, financial services and insurance sectors.
To achieve this goal, our integrated team of communications and media relations specialists as well as creative, social media experts and planning strategists used their in-depth knowledge of the target groups to develop an attention-grabbing campaign.

STRATEGY
- At the center of our campaign was the claim "For Reasons." Due to its ambiguity, this has become a universally valid German-language online meme.
- For Arvato Financial Solutions, we used it as an anchor for a digital campaign and showed why the financial services provider is the best partner in receivables management.
- We broke down the company's USPs into individual assets as part of the image campaign.

- The individual components of the campaign included a variety of social media content, which we played out to the target groups organically and with the help of paid measures. Here, we supported our client in terms of imagery, content strategy, and the creation of the individual assets.
- In addition, we worked with Arvato Financial Solutions on various blog posts on focus topics, created newsletter ads and flanked the campaign with media work to position the company more strongly in terms of thought leadership.

RESULTS
- Click-through rates of 0.8 percent on LinkedIn
- 4.9 percent on Google AdWords
- Numerous leads generated by the advertised whitepaper for downloading
- A successful B2B campaign that demonstrates how multichannel works.
